It should be pointed out that the African Academy of Languages (ACALAN) has entered in solid partership with the international scientific community through UNESCO, first strategic partner, which, during its 31st General Conference, in October 2001, voted a resolution in its favor. Since this date, UNESCO has been supporting all the actions of the Academy, that it requests on all the cultural and linguistic occasions, throughout all the spaces.
